Performance Attributes
  • Recommended applications for EC flooring include electronics manufacturing, laboratories, clean rooms defense establishments and healthcare facilities.
  • Polyflor conductive ROF has been specifically engineered for use in manufacturing areas where explosives and flammable agents are stored.
  • Polyflor EC contains the added protection of Bioguard, a safe and highly effective bacteriostat, which inhibits the growth of gram-positive and gram-negative micro-organisms.

  • The flooring shall be Polyflor Finesse EC as manufactured by Polyflor Ltd, of Manchester, England.

  • The flooring shall be flexible PVC sheet flooring with electrostatic conductive properties in 2.0mm thickness

  • It shall be homogeneous and monolayer in construction and the reverse side must be enriched with conductive granules to provide full conductivity to ground: this ensures consistent resistance levels throughout the product. It shall be manufactured by calendering and pressing to ensure a dense, smooth surface and non-directional design

  • The electrostatic conductive properties must be present throughout the full product thickness
