Submittals for Verification and approval upon request from Gerbert Ltd. Samples shall be submitted in compliance with the Requirements of the Contract Documents.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Installer Qualification: Installer experienced in performing work of this section who has specialized in installation of work similar to that required for this project.
Select a professional flooring mechanic, preferably one that has attended a Master Mechanic flooring installation - training clinic.
- PROJECT CONDITIONS
- Delivery: Deliver material in manufacturer’s original, unopened, undamaged containers with identification labels intact.
- Storage and Protection: Store materials at temperature and humidity conditions recommended by manufacturer and protect from exposure to harmful weather conditions.
- Temperature/Humidity Requirements: Maintain air temperature and humidity in areas where product will be installed for time period before, during and after installation, as recommended by manufacturer.

The flooring shall be made from natural cork. The cork granules shall be uniformly and thoroughly bonded together by means of a suitable baking process. The color and thickness shall be as specified:
